Refund policy

We stand behind what we make. You're covered if:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective (email us within 7 days with photos or a short video)

• You received the wrong item

• Your order doesn't arrive at all (get in touch if tracking hasn't moved after 60 days)

To start a return, email mark@zencorkbyronbay.com with your order number and what's gone wrong, we'll take it from there. Approved refunds land back in your account within 5–10 business days.

A couple of honest notes: because cork is a natural material, slight variation in color or grain is normal character, not a fault. And for hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on used mats or recovery balls for change-of-mind reasons. If something's actually wrong, we'll always make it right.
