What are ZenCork mats made of?
Our signature mats feature a natural cork surface with a natural rubber base — non-slip, eco-friendly, and durable.
Do ZenCork mats have a non-slip surface?
Yes! The cork surface gets grippier with sweat, and the natural rubber base keeps it in place.
Are your products eco-friendly?
Absolutely. Mats, balls, blocks, and accessories are sustainably sourced, biodegradable, and recyclable. Packaging is also 100% recyclable.
What comes with my yoga mat?
Each mat includes: ZenCork microfiber cloth for cleaning and a branded carry strap with woven logo for easy transport.
What sizes are available?
Yoga mat: 183 × 61 × 5 mm
Cork single massage ball: 6.5 cm diameter
Cork double ball: 6.5 × 13.5 cm
Cork block: 22.8 × 15 × 7.1 cm
How do I care for my ZenCork products?
Wipe mats and balls with the included microfiber cloth or a damp cloth with mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or soaking in water.

We ship globally via our 3PL partner based in Asia.
How long will my order take?
Approximate delivery times (including CJ handling and customs):
Australia: 5–7 business days
New Zealand: 7–10 business days
USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
Europe: 7–15 business days
Other international: 10–15 business days
How is my order packaged?
Yoga mats: brown paper + inner brown box + round label seal, includes microfiber cloth and carry strap.
Massage balls & blocks: inner brown box + round label seal.
All packaging is eco-friendly and recyclable.
Can I track my order?
Yes, CJ Dropshipping provides a tracking number via email once your order ships.
What if my order is lost or delayed?

Payments & Returns
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, used mats or recovery balls cannot be returned.
How do I initiate a return?
